The package integrety check failed /not a valid win32 application error you get when downloading a newer version can be solved by cleaning the cache of your internet explorer.

Please go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx

To clear your cache:

1.
On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.

2.
On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache

Or if you have IE7:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer and
Windows Explorer (yes Windows Explorer uses the Internet also)
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button

After cleaning the temporary files download babymouse again and you won’t see the not a valid win32 application (I hope )

Newsflash

Attention: if you are running BasicMouse with Vista you might encounter some accessviolationexceptions errors in the BasicBrowser component due to a very common BIOS setting:
'EXECUTE DISABLE BIT'. This causes DEP to terminate the BasicMouse application Quick and Dirty...
http://www.intel.com/technology/xdbit/index.htm

If you want to solve this, reboot your system press F2 (or another function key) and disable this feature in the BIOS.

Some websites change their 'root' domain when you follow a link, for instance www.playhousedisney.com redirects to http://atv.disney.go.com/ so if you want to allow playhousedisney you also have to allow access to atv.disney.go.com!

Best practice is to first enter the URLS in a regular browser and see where they take you to.
